Core Correctional Practices: Skills to Promote Behavior Change
This workshop will examine the link between staff attitudes, techniques, language, and culture and how communication style promotes offender behavior change. During this interactive training session, strategies for developing and maintaining positive relationship and rapport, which is the foundation of all CCP skills, will be taught, modeled and practiced.
Participants will receive 6 RCHs and CEUs and 6 Changing Offender Behavior (COB) credits .
