Featuring: Jacob Sadon, Organizational Development Manager at Oriana House, Inc.
Positive supervisor-employee relationships are critical to maximizing team success. In fact, the modern workforce is dependent upon this relationship. This course will discuss the aspects and dynamics that shape that relationship both positive and negative. We will identify the key components to an effective team and what effectiveness really means at work. We will introduce and use several helpful guided discussions and activities that supervisors can use with employees that provide practical tools to immediately help build the relationship in a positive manner. We will then focus on effective strategies to implement these tools in best manner. Participants will receive active practice with the tools and be empowered to use them with their employees.
