Workshop Description: Positive supervisor–employee relationships are essential to building effective, high-performing teams and are a cornerstone of today’s modern workforce. This training explores the key dynamics that shape these relationships, examining both the factors that strengthen them and those that undermine success. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what team effectiveness truly means in the workplace and the critical components required to achieve it.

Through guided discussions and interactive activities, participants will be introduced to practical, evidence-informed tools designed to strengthen supervisor–employee relationships. The training emphasizes real-world application, providing opportunities for active practice so participants leave equipped and confident to implement these strategies immediately within their own organizations.
